Description

Sometimes, I feel the past and the future pressing so hard on either side that there’s no room for the present at all. - Evelyn Waugh
I had such a boring day. I woke up early today and I don’t know why and I was more active today than in other days. In the afternoon my uncle and aunt came to visit for a few hours and we had such a great time. This photo is inspired by Rona Keller.
A lovely thing made my day today. I found a little quote I forgot about and two years ago it used to be my favourite : “Isn’t it funny, how from year to year you don’t see much of a change in yourself, physical or emotional, then suddenly you look back and you are a different person. It’s like watching the hour hand on a clock , you don’t really see it move, but ti’s changing all the time.” I’m going through a hard time again and it helps me a lot to find this quote today. I know it’s just a quote but it made me feel better.

This is a gorgeous piece of art. The lighting is just perfect. Not too dark, I like it. The use of the paper cranes are very striking. I love how they are arranged, and it creates this surreal feel to it. This is a quite new concept. I have browsed through hundreds of photos on dA, and I have yet to find anything as close as this, so I really like the originality of it. Not so sure what photography technique you used, but it seems to work out quite well. Looking at the photo, it has this impression that can't be quite expressed, but not too much.
Overall, an excellent photograph. Brilliant execution of lighting, amazing concept, hope you continue working on more amazing artworks like this in the future!
